BY MAIL All customers receive postage paid customer reorder cards with each shipment. To reorder, just complete the postcard and drop in the mail. Please allow five (5) extra days for us to receive and process mail-in orders. BY FAX You can fax your order to us toll free. Our toll-free fax number is 1-800-690-9903. Fax orders are processed on the day received for shipping the following day. ORDER PROCESSING We process orders every business day, and ship via UPS or PRIORITY MAIL depending on weight and size. In most parts of the U.S. you will receive your order within two to five business days. Please contact us immediately if you have not received your order within five business days. RUSH DELIVERY By request we can arrange shipment by either 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, or Express Mail. There is an extra surcharge for these services. Rush shipments must be to a street address and must include a phone number to help delivery.
